As we cruise back to San Pedro around 3:00 pm, with an estimated arrival of 5:00 pm depending on wind conditions, personalized blankets are available for those feeling a bit chilly or sun-kissed. We recommend bringing a light jacket or cover-up for the return journey.

Join us for a memorable adventure aboard the 42ft Catamaran Toucan Play on our Day Sail, setting sail at 10:00 am. Arrive and board at 9:45 am, where you'll be greeted with light snacks to kickstart your journey.

While we sail, decide on your lunch preference, which we'll pre-order for a hot and ready meal upon arrival at Pirates Restaurant at Secret Beach. Please note that food and drinks at Secret Beach are not included.

For safety reasons, we do not serve alcoholic beverages before snorkeling. Our guides are licensed tour guides with advanced diving skills and training. Feel free to ask them anything about the area or marine life, and rest assured that we prioritize the protection of our beloved Barrier Reef.

Open Day Sails are confirmed for groups of four or more, while private charters are available most days, with chef service as an option. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

Once a booking is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds.
This policy is in place because we allocate crew, provision the boat, and purchase marine park tickets in advance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Cancellation by the Company:

If the company needs to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or mechanical issues, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
They may choose to reschedule their trip for another available date.
Customers will receive a full refund if they cannot adjust their schedule due to imminent departure.

Minimum Participation Requirement:

Please note that trips are subject to a minimum participation requirement. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if the minimum requirement is not met. Customers will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

No-show Policy

Customers who fail to show up for their scheduled trip without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the booking.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Changes to Booking

Changes to bookings, including rescheduling, are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip departure time.

Force Majeure
