Agreement to Terms

By booking a tour or service with Xsite Belize Sailing & Adventures, you agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not make a booking.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings require payment in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and may change until a booking is confirmed.
• A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and Xsite Belize Sailing & Adventures.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• No cancellations or refunds are accepted once a booking is confirmed.
• If we cancel due to extreme weather or mechanical issues, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
• No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
• Booking changes must be made at least 48 hours before departure and are subject to availability.

Health and Safety Requirements

• Participants must be in good health and inform us of any medical conditions or limitations.
• Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied boarding without refund.
• Pregnant individuals or those with serious medical conditions should consult a physician before booking.

Participant Conduct

• All participants must follow crew instructions at all times.
• The captain has final authority regarding vessel operation and safety.
• We may remove disruptive or unsafe participants without refund.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Water-based activities involve inherent risks including drowning, marine life encounters, equipment failure,
weather changes, and boat accidents.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks. Xsite Belize Sailing & Adventures shall not be liable
for injuries, loss, or damages except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Photography and Media

By participating, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during tours to be used for promotional purposes.
Please inform the crew if you do not wish to be photographed.

Environmental Responsibility

Participants must respect the marine environment and follow all marine park rules. Do not touch coral or harass marine life.

Itinerary Changes

Tour itineraries may change due to weather or other factors beyond our control to ensure safety, without refund liability.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters,
governmental actions, pandemics, or equipment failure.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction
of Belize courts.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance
of the revised terms.
