Xsite Belize Sailing & Adventures

Cancellation by Customer
Once a booking is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds.
This policy exists because we allocate crew, provision the boat, and purchase marine park
tickets in advance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Cancellation by the Company
If the company needs to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather
conditions or mechanical issues, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
- Customers will have the option to reschedule their trip for another available date.
- Customers will receive a full refund if they cannot adjust their schedule due to imminent departure.
No-Show Policy
Customers who fail to show for their scheduled trip without prior notification will not be
eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the booking.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Changes to Booking
Changes to bookings, including rescheduling, are subject to availability and must be made at
least 48 hours before the scheduled trip departure time.
Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under
these terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control,
including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
