It’s ideal for families, small groups, and longer stays. The Suites at Flip Flop Inn offer a boutique hotel experience with a more structured setup and personalized service. Both properties sit side by side on the beach in the heart of San Pedro.
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Flip Flop Inn offers self check-in for added flexibility. For The Suites, we coordinate your arrival in advance so you have access when you land. Early check-in and late check-out are available based on availability. Just contact us before your trip and we will work around your schedule.
Transportation is not included in the room rate, but we help you plan your arrival. San Pedro is accessible by water taxi or small plane from Belize City. Once you are in San Pedro, both properties are centrally located and easy to reach. Reach out before your trip and we will walk you through your options.

Yes, Flip Flop Inn includes on-site parking. San Pedro is a small island where golf carts are the main way to get around, so most guests rent one during their stay. Parking is available on the property for that as well.
Both properties are located directly on the beach in central San Pedro, so beach access is right outside your door. From there, you have easy access to the full range of Xsite Belize tours and activities, including catamaran sailing, snorkeling at Hol Chan Marine Reserve, Shark Ray Alley, and day trips to Secret Beach and Caye Caulker.
